Accessibility, bikes and pushchairs.
The London Cable Car is step-free at both terminals, and there's no extra charge for bikes or pushchairs. Here's what to expect if you're travelling with wheels or with an assistance animal.
Wheelchairs & mobility scooters
Both terminals offer step-free access, and wheelchairs and mobility scooters can travel on board. One thing worth knowing: on the separate Glass Floor Experience, cabin capacity is reduced when someone in the group is using a wheelchair or mobility scooter, so plan for a smaller group size on that ride.
Bikes
Bikes are welcome on board at no extra charge, which makes the cable car a handy river crossing if you're riding between Greenwich Peninsula and the Royal Docks.
Pushchairs & prams
Pushchairs and prams are also welcome at no extra charge, and you won't need to fold them — step-free access runs all the way from the entrance to the cabin.
Assistance animals
Assistance and service animals are welcome on board, in line with standard Transport for London network policy.
Paying for your trip
